Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in supporting RedBus, the country's leading online bus ticketing platform, as an integral part of their dynamic sales team.
- Drive sales by efficiently generating leads, assessing prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, and identify new opportunities and challenges within the business realm.
- Demonstrate autonomy while fostering effective collaboration within the team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Possess proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs, including CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ensure adherence to stringent policies against mis-selling and fraud in all processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidates must hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- We're seeking motivated Telesales specialists with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
