- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pepperfry's products and services.
- Stay proactive in monitoring industry trends and adapting to changes in market dynamics.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while fostering effective collaboration within the team to meet organizational objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in driving Pepperfry's business growth through sales initiatives and development strategies.
- Take charge of increasing sales by generating leads, evaluating prospects, and converting customers.
- Possess proficient knowledge of relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software) and telecommunications systems.
- Adhere strictly to our policy against misrepresentation or fraudulent activities in sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are indispensable for building strong client relationships.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication in this role.
- Sales Partners must have a functional laptop with a stable internet connection, along with wired accessories, and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- We seek a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
