- Proficiency in CRM software and communication platforms is essential. Additionally, you'll champion a culture of integrity by upholding a zero-tolerance policy for mis-selling.
Eligibility Criteria
- Communication Master: You excel in written and verbal communication (English & Hindi) to build strong rapport and deliver clear messages that resonate with potential Kissht users.
- SquadStack Equipped: Your remote HQ for success is a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection, laptop, and essential accessories (headset, keyboard, mouse).
- Driven & Results-Oriented: We seek a motivated Telesales Specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally honed in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Your focus will be on achieving ambitious goals, including weekly talk time targets (24 hours), a daily 9-hour schedule, and maintaining a stellar 85% compliance rate.
- A diploma/graduate degree is essential to become a telesales partner.
