Eligibility Criteria
- You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) to build strong relationships with clients.
- A Diploma or Graduate Degree is required, along with 0-1 year of sales experience, ideally in a BPO setting is preferred.
- You must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection and a laptop for optimal working conditions.
- We value dedication—achieving 24 hours of weekly talk time, maintaining a daily 9-hour schedule, and consistently 85% compliance rate is necessary.
