Eligibility Criteria

This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelors is required.
0-1 years of prior experience in call center jobs.
Fluency in Hindi and English language is required for this role.
The Call Center Executive should have a working laptop equipped with a stable Internet connection and a disturbance-free environment to work in.
