Roles and Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll support 5Paisa, India's leading fintech platform.
- You'll drive sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers.
- Stay updated on current finance industry trends and market conditions.
- Both individual effort and teamwork are essential for this role.
- Ability to use the latest computer software, such as CRM and telephone systems.
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling or fraud in the processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal skills, are required for this role.
- We are looking for a Salesexpert with 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
